We offer shipping across India and internationally. All orders are tracked, and tracking details are shared post-dispatch.
Domestic Delivery (India):

Delivered within 5 to 7 business days
International Delivery:
Delivery timelines depend on the destination and shipping route
Minimum delivery time is 10 to 15 business days
Customs duties, if applicable, are the buyerβs responsibility
DLFC is not liable for courier delays or customs clearance time
Note: Physical damage occurring during international transit is not covered for return, as all products are securely packed and sealed.

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Must be shipped back within 48 hours of approval
Product must be returned in original condition with accessories, invoice, and packaging

All return requests must be emailed to dlfcsinfo@gmail.com with a video of unboxing and issue explanation. Social media messages are not accepted for returns.
π International Return & Refund Terms
International orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed due to:
3.5% + 18% GST non-refundable bank processing charges
Bank remittance charges for refunds to overseas accounts
If you still choose to cancel:
3.5% + GST, courier costs, and remittance charges will be deducted
Refunds are processed only after product inspection
We recommend PayPal for faster and safer international refund processing
β Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch (pending status)
Orders that are in transit or already shipped cannot be cancelled
