INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

For all international orders, DLFC Solutions requires the customer to report any product issue via email or live chat support within 7 days of delivery. You must clearly describe the problem and support it with unpacking video/images at the time of opening the parcel.

Physical damage caused during cargo transit or courier delivery will not be covered under our return or replacement policy. We recommend customers inspect packages carefully upon delivery and report issues immediately.

Returns are not accepted for international orders unless the product is not functioning as described or defective at the time of delivery.

For products under warranty, support and repair services will be provided through DLFC Solutions’ authorized partner outlets or service centers in your country/state, where available.

Refunds for international orders will only be processed after proper verification and approval from the support team, and the return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.

DOMESTIC RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a 7-day return window for applicable products sold within India. Our returns policy is designed to protect our customers while also ensuring we maintain a responsible and sustainable marketplace.

Return Eligibility – Laptops, Desktops & Electronics
Returns are accepted only if the product received is not working or not as promised in the product description or during communication with our sales team.

A full refund will be initiated if the product is returned in the exact condition it was delivered, including all packaging, accessories, and tags.

Returns must be raised via our support email only. Requests made via social media platforms will not be entertained due to high volume and limited tracking capability.

Kindly allow 24 hours for our team to respond to your request. You may contact the support number only after 48 hours if your email has not been acknowledged.

Return Eligibility – Personal Items & Accessories (Shoes, Watches, Speakers, etc.)
We accept replacements only for applicable accessories within 7 days of delivery.

No returns will be accepted if the box seal/tag is broken on new items. In such cases, only replacements will be issued once your claim is verified by our team.

Size mismatch in shoes or wearables qualifies for replacement, subject to availability. If the size is not in stock, you may return the item and receive a refund after a 5% deduction (for processing and payment gateway charges).

Customers must ship the product back to us within 7 days to be eligible for a replacement. Failure to do so will mark the product as accepted and non-returnable.

Important Notes:

Used products are NOT ELIGIBLE for return.

Return requests must be supported with unpacking videos and photos at the time of delivery.

Orders under ₹1000, orders using discount/referral coupons, and clearance/sample sale items are not eligible for return.

If a buyer orders the wrong size, only replacements are allowed, and the buyer bears transit and processing charges.

If a buyer is unable to operate or use a product due to lack of technical knowledge, it will not be considered a valid return reason.

These conditions apply to both domestic and international orders where specified.

Refund Policy & Charges

A 2.5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If returning due to personal reasons (not a defect), an additional 5% processing fee will be deducted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The balance refund will be processed to your preferred mode of payment within 7–15 business days from the date of approval.

At DLFC Solutions, we offer premium refurbished and new IT products at prices significantly lower than most retail and e-commerce platforms. While others may offer free delivery or instant returns, these are often factored into inflated product prices (up to 40% higher).

Our modest deductions only cover actual third-party payment and logistics charges, ensuring we maintain a transparent and affordable pricing policy for all customers.

Alternatively, customers can opt for a 100% refund as store credit for future purchases with DLFC Solutions, which waives off the refund deduction fees.
