1. Shipping Address

• Please do not accept any package if the box appears damaged, tampered with, or opened.

3. Failed Delivery

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times.
If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping and handling charges will need to be borne by the customer.
