Terms & Conditions – DLFC SOLUTIONS
1. Offer and Acceptance of the Product
An offer is made by DLFC Solutions to sell the products listed on our official website, and the buyer accepts such offer upon proceeding with the purchase. It is hereby clearly stated that the offer made by DLFC Solutions is subject to change, withdrawal, or cancellation at any time before final delivery, without any obligation to inform the buyer or provide justification. DLFC Solutions reserves all rights to cancel transactions without buyer consent or liability.
All transactions are governed by our internal terms, seller agreements, and applicable policies. DLFC Solutions also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in response to instructions from any regulatory or legal body.
2. Product Availability & Pricing
Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. Errors in pricing due to system glitches or human oversight may be corrected at any time. Orders placed under such conditions may be cancelled without liability. All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
DLFC Solutions affirms that:
All products listed are owned or sourced legally.
Descriptions and specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
Customers will be granted possession, warranty (where applicable), and full rights to use the product.
3. Delivery of Products
Orders will be shipped using our partnered logistics networks. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. The customer is responsible for accepting delivery at the designated address. Refusal or negligence in accepting shipments will result in forfeiture of refunds and future services.
Once full payment is made and product delivered, ownership and associated risks transfer to the buyer.
4. Return Policy (India Only)
DLFC Solutions accepts returns only for defective or non-functional products. Return requests must be submitted within 7 working days of delivery. The customer must ship the item back within 48 hours once approved. Any delays or non-cooperation with courier partners will result in rejection of the return request.
Items eligible for return:
Defective or incorrect products
Damaged sealed items (after verification)
Refunds, once approved, will be initiated within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or to the buyer’s registered bank account. Any discount coupon amounts are non-refundable.
Products returned without original packaging, seal, or invoice will be rejected.
5. Cancellation Policy (India Only)
Orders can be cancelled via email only at: support@dlfcsolutions.com before dispatch. Orders in ‘In Transit’ status cannot be cancelled. Price discrepancies or listing errors can result in order cancellation from DLFC Solutions.
6. Refund Policy (India Only)
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund timelines are subject to bank processing times and payment gateway verification. DLFC Solutions will deduct gateway charges of 2.5% from the total refund amount.
7. International Orders – STRICT TERMS
DLFC Solutions does NOT offer refunds on international orders.
Once payment is processed via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, cancellations are NOT accepted.
In the event of a manufacturing defect:
Clients must notify us within 24 hours via email or live chat.
We will provide replacement (subject to stock and location).
Physical damage due to shipping is NOT eligible unless insured.
Chargebacks after delivery are not accepted.
If clients initiate false chargebacks, DLFC Solutions will pursue legal action internationally under fraud and ecommerce protection laws. All international transactions are logged, timestamped, and tracked via our systems and payment processors.
Refund deductions for international cancellations (if accepted under exceptional cases):
3.5% + 18% GST (on processing)
Actual shipping/courier fees (non-refundable)
Any bank currency conversion charges for transferring funds back from India
No Western Union or money transfer services are supported. Refunds, if applicable, will only be made via PayPal or SWIFT to the buyer’s account.
8. Payment Gateway Policy
All payments are routed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. DLFC Solutions does not store customer credit/debit card information. Gateway fees are non-refundable.
9. Chargeback & Fraud Protection Policy
Chargebacks initiated after confirmed delivery and receipt of goods will be reported to international cybercrime and ecommerce fraud monitoring agencies.
Customers found guilty of filing false claims or chargebacks will face immediate account suspension, legal proceedings, and be blacklisted across our partner networks.
All buyers agree to these terms upon placing an order.
